I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this experience earned one.<br><br>I brought my mom here to find a dress for my wedding. She ordered a gown in a different color than what was available to try on and somehow Sarah (the owner) didn't think to mention that the beaded applique would come in a completely different color-way. That feels like a pretty important detail to "forget" to share. I tried to contact Sarah multiple times about getting the applique in the color we were expecting. After several unreturned phone calls, I went to the store and she didn't even answer the door!!!! She spoke to me through the intercom and told me she'd call me back. Ironic that she couldn't answer my call because EVERY TIME we had an appointment, she was taking phone calls disrupting our time.<br><br>For a dress at this price point, you'd expect expertise. Instead, the significant fit and construction issues were identified by us, not by Sarah or her alterations person. We left the first fitting feeli

I googled and went on the website of this place to see if they were open on Saturdays before I take the trip and both said yes. I live about 40 mins away. When I get there it saids "please ring bell" the lady saids "we are closed" I asked "is that on your website" and she said "yes it is". I didn't like her tone of course and being lied too. I certainly don't like my time getting wasted, spending unnecessary gas and Mileage for no reason. Please call before going there.

Sara is amazing. Her selection is the largest I have ever seen and she really listens to what you are saying. She is very professional! Can't sat enough about her! You must call for an appointment!
