Had an excellent experience at Proof & Prov in Englewood. If you're a pizza person, this place is absolutely worth checking out. Their Detroit-style pizza is seriously impressive--the crust has that perfect combination of a crispy, cheesy edge with a light and airy interior. It's not the heavy, overly greasy square pizza you might expect.<br><br>I also love that they put a creative spin on their menu while still keeping the classics strong. From the traditional pepperoni to more adventurous combinations, there's a lot here for both the classic pizza lover and someone who wants to try something different.
