  i went there because i had swollen joints and couldn't move anymore without being in level 10 pain. i went to the ER twice and they said they couldn't help me , and to see a rheumatologist. i had to wait three months in agony until i could get health insurance. i found this place because of the amazing reviews and i could schedule on zoc doc. i got an appointment fast . the whole staff was nice including the doctor. they drew blood and sent it to a lab in california. they said i should have reults in a week. i never heard back, and waited 3 before i had to personally call them. they said they would call me by end of day. 3 days passed and i called them again. they said that the doctor tried to order another test at the lab but the blood was no longer viable (of course its not 3 1/2 weeks had passed at this point) they needed me now to go to a labcorp to give more blood in. the doctor said that thry will send a prescription over. i called labcorp every other day for week to see if the p

  great doctor. one who actually cares about his patients. constantly listens and is explains everything thoroughly. i'm going to feel so lost when he retires. i'm so thankful ive been able to find him while hes still in practice.

  I genuinely like Dr. Andron. He is one of the most thorough and caring physicians I've ever had. He takes his time, listens well, and is completely focused on your health. His dedication is a rare positive.<br><br>However, be warned: the office is consistently overbooked. Because he spends a quality 15-30 minutes with each patient, trying to book multiple patients every hour means you will face significant and frustrating delays (~1 hr in the waiting room). The scheduling needs serious adjustment to respect patients' time.

  On my first visit, the front desk staff was not courteous. Although I was early, there were other patients with the same appointment time as mine. I waited almost an hour before seeing the specialist. Wait times for subsequent visits were an hour or more in a cold room. Then I started getting bills for copays that were already paid in the office, followed by unanswered or disconnected phone calls to the front desk. Patients must be told when they are not longer welcome at doctors' offices. I would not recommend anyone to this office because I wouldn't like that kind of treatment for them. The front desk staff lacks customer service training.
