  We can't say enough good things about Terri and her team! In 2023, they helped us buy our first home in Bridgeport, Connecticut. They were incredibly friendly and always on top of every detail--from paperwork to coordinating with lawyers. On closing day, when we had a plumbing issue, Terry and her team got it fixed right away. When the oven had an issue, they ensured we were reimbursed. Thanks to them, we now have a home that our children truly love. When we upgrade to a larger home in the future, we'll definitely work with Terry and her team again. We highly recommend them to anyone buying in the area!

  I can confidently say we would not have the home we have now if it wasn't for Terri Tournas and her dedication to her work as a real estate agent. My husband and I started looking to buy a house at the end of 2024, and were quickly discouraged by how overpriced the market was, how quickly houses were being purchased, and how much over asking price they were going for. By March when we found Terri we had lowered our expectations, assuming the process might take a lot longer than we hoped, might leave us spending more than budget, or with less house than initially planned. In just under a month she found us the perfect house that fit all our needs, composed a powerful offer the sellers couldn't refuse, and within another month we were closing and moving in. As first time home buyers Terri was an ideal agent to work with, allowing us the freedom to explore our options while also giving valuable input when necessary.   Terri is an absolute rockstar. I've worked with her to buy two properties now, and somehow she still answers my calls. I'm that client -- endless questions, picky requests, and the occasional mild panic -- but Terri always comes through with a smile, a plan, and way more patience than I deserve.<br><br>She's smart, responsive, and genuinely fun to work with. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my real estate chaos!

  As a real estate attorney for over 30 years, I deal with many, many real estate agents. Only a handful of them are on my "go to" list, and Terri is one of them. She is intelligent, detailed, hard working, and pleasant, but tenacious for her clients when she needs to be. It's always a pleasure to work with her and you won't be disappointed if you do!
