I've been coming here for years and I cannot recommend it enough. Amazing stylists who always bring my vision to life. Everyone should come to Excelsior !!

December 20, 2025. I decided not to return to this salon.<br><br>I chose this salon because it was convenient, even after seeing some negative reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.<br><br>I was given an appointment I hadn't scheduled, and later it was changed without asking if it worked for me. The manicure started well, but the final result was poor. When I pointed this out, I was told it could be fixed another day, which wasn't acceptable since I had to work. I was even asked at my job if someone was practicing on my nails, which was embarrassing.<br><br>When I returned looking for a solution, the manicurist had a defensive and disrespectful attitude. The staff showed poor acceptance of their mistakes and a clear lack of customer service and care. I felt insulted by their attitude rather than supported as a client. Even though the service was redone, the unprofessional attitude continued.<br><br>Because of this experience, I canceled my remaining appointments

Great salon located in the Excelsior building on Prospect. Lisa is the BEST with color, wouldn't go anywhere else!

This review is in reference of a patient I care for she's 95 years old , she's been coming to this salon for years she lives in the same location the salon is located..she's hasn't do anything wrong to the employees and she's very upset because she feels she shouldn't be treat the way she's been treated lately, she's always pay them and tip them very well. When I call to schedule an appointment for her they always say the don't have availability and refuse to take her what a shame l.
