  My application was approved and I was in the middle of getting everything set and scheduling to tour the apartment so that I could finalize the process. A day later they tell me they sold the building, it's been over a week and everything went down hill. Can't contact anyone that can give me information on the apartment I was ready to go through all paperwork to rent. No explanation other then "buidling was sold. We don't manage it anymore", won't get a phone number to call or the so promised call back. I was very excited and it quickly turned into disappointment, now I am rushing to look at other options as I have to move soon. I would appreciate if someone can contact me and let me know what's going to happen to my application.

  I was supposed to move in my apartment July 2. Lease was signed late May early June.. Its July 17th and I still have not been moved into my unit because my apartment still isnt ready. Mgmt hasnt even called me to address the issue. They havent sent any apologies or anything. Worst experience ever. I have all the pics of how my apartment looked the day i was supposed to move in.. The floor now has bubbles in them and claim they need to see it in person after me sending them the video of me pressing down on the floor clearly showing the bubble. So now thats a couple more days i cant move into my apartment. Ive missed deliveries and the ones that i did have I had to get delivered to the temporary unit and I have to move all that stuff again. And my stuff is still in boxes because I cant even get comfortable. Theres my experience and still going through it. Forgot to mention my rent has been paid already for an apartment im not even in.   The property is under a new management, which is VERY SLOW.<br>I made multiple maintenance requests since LAST YEAR for broken toilet, it is still not fixed with no update or anticipated repair date.<br><br>They just changed the status to "Completed" insisting that they replaced fill valve. Nothing was fixed and no one even contacted me for the repair.<br><br>The water bill increased from $20 to $37 due to leaking toilet. Why is water bill going up every month? The management is stating that water bill is not based on usage but on the number of occupants, square footage, as well as the # of water using devices. Isn't it only me who is having leaking problem?<br><br>Trash fee is built into the monthly rents, but trash rooms are always full.
