More than three months ago, I took my vehicle to this dealership to repair a minor issue with the bumper. Supposedly, they only had to order a part and adjust the bumper. However, the part took more than three months to arrive, and during all that time they never once called me with an update. I had to show up in person because they didn't answer phone calls either. When they finally did the repair, instead of fixing the problem, they made it worse. The bumper ended up almost completely loose. They also apparently scratched the vehicle themselves and tried to cover up the damage with a paint job done in a very unprofessional way. The result was simply unacceptable. And when I tried to complain, instead of acknowledging what happened, they immediately got defensive. They tried to send me somewhere else to wash their hands of it and avoid any responsibility. LOVE Central ave!! The team is amazing. I worked with Lauren to get my Jeep Wrangler. She never made me feel pressured and made the process super easy and quick!! Definitely going back to Lauren when my lease is up!!

My fiance and I always go to Central ave for our cars!! Recently my fiance worked with Lauren for her Wrangler. She was Great!! She wasn't pushy, very attentive, and a pleasure to work with! She the process pain free AND continued to follow up after to check on us. We couldn't recommend her more!!!

No one picks up the service desk phone. I had to call the front desk and get them to transfer me. Never gave updates on the car as promised. They lack the basic ability to provide customer service which can only mean they don't care about the people coming in. I can only deduce that since they don't seem to care about customers they are probably taking advantage of people.

I had such a great experience purchasing my car! My sales representative TJ was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured.<br><br>Everyone else at the dealership was also friendly, professional, and welcoming.
