  The eldery people who live in this condominium are rude, problematic, not empathetic, disrespectful and discriminatory. They constantly complain about everything and don't let others live in peace. I would not recommend living in this condominium. Also the eldery who lives here hates pets and they complain all the time, even when the all pets that lives in this building doesn't bother anyone. If you are going to buy or rent an apartament skip the opportunity.

  i know someone who lives here and they have been forced to live in the blazing heat with absolutely no air conditioning. the property manager keeps giving excuse after excuse and blaming the companies they have chosen to contract. the fact that they chose to hire companies that are ill equipped and unprofessional does not mean the tenants should have to suffer. it is absolutely unacceptable. the apartments have reached upwards of 90 degrees and at no point have they offered to put anyone in a hotel or excuse the tenants from paying the complex maintenance fees. Absolutely inhumane conditions and unacceptable. Also the windows are floor to ceiling and do not allow for portable acs. the person i know who lives there is feeling unwell from the heat. i told her to go to the ER in case it's a heat stroke. Shame on this complex!!!!

  Communal punishment without any sense of community, the property manager loves to scream at you and then cry in public, avoid!

  My in-laws bought an apartment there, I went to visit with my two small children, who were enjoying the pool, calmly while my husband and I took care of them and two women from the building with a very rude attitude and attitude took my children out because they did not have the right Since they weren't residents, I understand their rules, but it was more of a racist attitude, think very carefully before buying and find out about your possible neighbors, I already realized that it is not the first time that they have done it.
