I was refered by my "pain " specialist. I was having trouble walking without severe discomfort in my hips and lower back. The therapists at Kessler wrote an exercise plan that was challenging but didn't push me beyond my capabilities taking into account my asthma and age.<br>I met with my primary yesterday and we agreed I had made great progress. I walk pain free. Can stand from sitting easily. It's hard work and I could not have done this without the support and expertise of this team
