STAY AWAY FROM Doneriteroofingandgutters! My flat roof was only 2 years after they fully replaced it and after 1 year its started to leak and caused so much damages stress and mold in my ceiling. They did a full ply wood tear out and didn't pitch the roof like we agreed. I don't think I even needed a full plywood tear out but he changed the job in the middle of the year. Even so, the following winter the roof leaked! They came in winter to patch the leak and it leaked again! The lead sales guy makes excuses like " it's just water from previous leak that has to drain" after 6 months! He then shares videos saying there is no leak and doesn't see damages. I went up the roof myself and took a hose full blast only for the roof to leak! I then saw several roofer rolls edges lifting where he just applied patch work. Another quality roofer came and said the patchy work done was like the roof was several years old and patched so inconsistently it was bound to fail again. They don't keep proper
