I have attended guided sessions at the Equine therapy events and loved them. Tammy has such an open mind and truly listens to her patients. She puts everyone first making sure they find a happy place. This center is a safe spot to unwind and find your happy. Definitely recommend A Therapy Life Center!

I was so nervous to start therapy but this office was so welcoming and caring that made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially Allison who has helped me through such a difficult time.

I have attended the group meditations, healing sessions, and annual events hosted by A Therapy Life Center. All are so peaceful, powerful, and safe. Tammy is easy to talk to and really knows how to get down to the route cause of an issue and offers effective strategies to heal.
