Horrible realtor with such an attitude. Would not recommend to anyone. She has such an apathetic disposition and is so high strung that whenever you speak to her she seems totally disinterested and annoyed that she even has to speak to you. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Just moved to New York and was interested in purchasing a property. The worst customer service in the world I literally got an Hello! Yelled at me and then she began to speak very rude . I let her know I am not interested anymore and that she is very rude. I feel really bad for anyone who has already purchased an apartment through them . I recommend some more training or classes for the realtor in question. I am not a realtor but I definitely know that when you are trying to be a realtor , that is not the proper customer service . Very disgusting attitude. I recommend to anyone that hate there job to find a new career . You never know what situation others are going through .

I feel so happy to be in our new home with my family!!!. These days people are talking about interest going up, inflation and dooms day this and that...it's so scary. I came back home today and had a nice glass of wine and was thinking about how Grace helped our family to find our home and we are at a safe place now. We locked in a good rate on a beautiful home with the tax abatement, great recreational activities for the kids, great amenities...$&?%# on and on.. She worked with us for over two years before we got this condo.. how patiently she waited for us to come around. After we moved in, checking in to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and if she can be any assistance etc..She is a guardian angel!!! Thank you Grace for all your help.. Our family want everyone to know about you especially when there are so many bad real estate ppl out there.
