I echo all the other reviews here and had a very similar experience with Michael Farhi.<br><br>He had me sign a 3k retainer with him and made me agree to 2k being nonrefundable. However, the obvious agreement is that he would do the work within the 3k billable hours.<br><br>He tried to run off with my money twice, essentially saying he no longer sees a need to represent me and therefore there is nothing to be done for him. I rejected this both times. The second time, he ran off with 2k and refused to give me the balance of the unused hours I paid for.<br><br>He and his assistant regularly ghosted me for weeks at a time. I would email them multiple times to get status updates. They'd tell me that deliverables will be done with 24 hours, then I wouldn't hear from them for 2 weeks.<br><br>Overall, very poor communication and dishonest business dealings.

Michael Farhi<br>I would recommend his services highly.I've used Mr Farhi several times in the past and his professionalism and experience is second to none while speaking with Mr Farhi about my cases he was always willing to listen and then explain the options thoroughly. My first discussion with Michael Farhi was the first time I had exhaled in two weeks. He didn't dismiss me, he listened to me and he gave us a path that no one else could or would see.<br>We had been bullied, harassed, evicted, and blackmailed for legal fees when we met Michael and Sandra Barsoum and they proved to be the cure for it all.<br>They were attentive and understanding and allowed us to be part of our own case; which we found to be a cathartic and important part of our personal recovery.<br>Tough, unrelenting and unbowed, they are fierce fighters who make their clients feel heard and avenged.<br>If you want to win your case and feel good doing it, then this is the firm that can make it happen.<br>Place your trust in them, you will be glad you did.

Don't recommend based on what I had been though with them. Stay away. They will take all the money you have in your pocket and no outcome.

I was sorry to hear about Mr. Garcia's experience and thank him for his posting. He was not a client of mine. If a client of ours has an issue with a firm partner or lawyer, he or she should reach out to another partner for help to solve it.
