  Ashley was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Moving out of NYC and into the Connecticut market was a big transition, and she made it feel manageable. I worked with another realtor before Ashley who struggled to understand what I was actually looking for, but Ashley got it quickly. She zeroed in on the right areas fast, and was honest about places she didnt think were a fit. She wasn't just trying to close a deal, she was trying to help find the right house.<br><br>Her knowledge of the area is invaluable. She could speak to neighborhoods, and local context in a way that was so helpful. Having an agent who specializes in helping buyers make the move out of the city made a real difference.   From the very first conversation, we knew we were in good hands with Ashley. She's not just an expert in real estate; she's a true partner. I never realized how much was involved in buying a home, including the many stages of negotiations when the septic failed (oh boy, that's a big one). Just when we thought we were on our way to closing, there was an issue with open permits and a problem with the municipalities, and we were told our bank would not lend, putting the deal at risk! Ultimately, Ashley was there to advocate for us and move fast. From the offer to putting down our deposit took just five days-it's a competitive market, and the seller had backup offers. Thankfully, she helped us navigate every twist and turn, always doing what was best for us. Her care, quick communication, and local insights with the town and municipalities made all the difference. Ashley, thank you-we are so grateful to be in our new home.

  Working with Ashley was such a blessing. We were moving from the City and feeling totally overwhelmed by the idea of buying in the suburbs. Ashley not only guided us through the process step-by-step, but really helped us imagine our life in a new space. She's incredibly knowledgeable about both NY and CT real estate, and she brings calm, reassuring energy to what can be a stressful journey. I highly recommend her!

  Ashley was a great guide through the trials and tribulations of buying our first home. She quickly understood what we wanted and needed. She did not try to show us homes that did not fit our bill. Later, when a host of title issues arose, she was a stalwart companion as we navigated through territory that was unfamiiliar and vexing. I highly recommend her.

  Ashley was a pleasure to work with ! We often had to look at homes<br>at the last minute , she was able to secure same day showings and she always made herself available. We truly felt like we were<br>her only clients, though not true, she was 100% focused on our search. Her personality was exactly what we needed in order to succeed in the super trying<br>Real estate market. In the past, I had not hired a realtor, however it became truly evident I needed. I know we could not have done it without her. I have already recommended Ashley to several of my friends and colleagues.
