  I would strongly discourage anyone from renting any property managed by JP Management based on my experience as a tenant.<br><br>From the beginning, I was told by the property manager, Nick, that the entire interior of the building would be renovated. That never happened. I was also assured that the office staff was friendly and responsive and that the building was well maintained. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.<br><br>During my tenancy, I dealt with numerous issues, including a leaking bathroom ceiling, mold concerns, noisy neighbors, and recurring plumbing problems. Every few months, dirty water would back up into my bathtub and bathroom sink, creating an unsanitary and frustrating living environment.<br><br>The cleanliness of the common areas was also disappointing. The floors were rarely cleaned properly and often looked dirtier after being "mopped." It appeared that the same filthy water was being used repeatedly, and little effort was made to maintain the

  After JP Management took over the apartment complex I've been living in, they made some unsafe changes to the exterior. They took away the hand railings outside the main door without replacing all of them. That is a safety issue for elderly tenants. They also took away the Entance and Exit signs that have been there for years which can cause an accident for those new to the place. They also took away the over head awning above the entrance doors that help protect the front porch from the snow and rain. They also replaced the front doors without the auto locking mechanism like the previous doors which is unsafe if someone happens to forget to lock the main door. The yearly increase in rent is also unreasonable without any improvements being done to the place that benefits the tenants. For a building that's over 40 years old the place is overpriced. You can tell from most of the negative reviews that this company doesn't care about their tenants.<br><br>This management is incompetent and

  The staff is not up to par with how a rental business should be ran. They have a lot of properties, but some they tend to more than others it seems. They're very dismissive to needs and require you to have to continuously follow up on basic needs to apt.
