I used Mike Ring for 2022. The whole thing was a mess from the start. Having him return emails or phone calls was near impossible. I uploaded all my forms to their archaic portal system in February, and didn't hear anything so thought it was good. I hear back in late march from him saying nothing was saved. I quickly sent everything in an email since his portal didn't save anything. After reviewing, He talked me into being an SCorp because it would save me in taxes. I asked questions about why and what we have to do and he laughed me off saying it would all make sense. (Im an independent contractor currently). He told me he would have to file an extension so he could do it. Everything was supposed to have been filed and I paid him 1500 from the invoice he sent me. I had a get feeling that things weren't right. I talked to a few different cpas over the year because I was already set that it didn't sit well. Fast forward to this week. Throughout the years, our tax planning and services have helped save Liaa thousands of dollars. When Liaa does not understand the nuances of every tax detail she becomes belligerent and extremely difficult to assist. This was also the case as she received an incorrect automated notice from the IRS.
