    I needed an extra key for my Mustang gt. I got the key and they programmed it for me as well. All is well with the product, but the price was a bit high. We'll, at least if something goes wrong, I have recourse.

    I brought my car in for a sunroof problem. They said they fixed it, and I paid the repair fee. However, the noise from the sunroof continued, so I took it back to the service center twice. They said they fixed it the second time as well. I took the car in a third time because the sunroof problem still persisted. They demanded $481 just for diagnostics, and said they would charge extra for the actual repair. It seems this service center only makes money from diagnostics. Please, if you bring your car in for repair, don't pay anything before checking that the problem is actually fixed.

    I have never left a bad review in my life, but I would leave zero stars if that were possible here.<br><br>Paramus Ford has some of the worst service I've ever experienced. During winter weather, my windshield washer fluid started coming out as slush, then stopped working completely (front and back), and eventually began leaking underneath the car on both the driver and passenger sides.<br><br>I called right when they opened at 8 AM, and it took about 10 calls just to reach someone. Every time I was transferred, the call dropped. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told the next available appointment was two weeks out. I explained that this was urgent since I was traveling upstate, and I was told it was "not urgent."<br>Sure, this issue may not have seemed important to them, but having functioning windshield washer fluid in the winter is essential, and it is unacceptable to tell a customer that a winter safety issue is "not urgent." They refused to even take a quick look.<br><br>I d
