Tom isn't just some realtor who helped us buy our first home, he's family. From the beginning he treated my wife and I as if we were his own children. He explained what to look for in a quality property, is knowledgeable on all the surrounding neighborhoods, and always gave us a no BS up front answer on whether we were getting our moneys worth before every offer. He must be glued to his phone, because there was never a time where he didn't answer our texts within five minutes of recieving them, night or day. His extensive bench of contacts including attorneys, mortgage brokers, painters, contractors, plumbers, you name it, were all nothing but professional and a pleasure to work with. From first hand experience, we know the home buying process can be long and tiring. Tom was always there to give us our pep talk and make us excited again for the next home. Tom is an extremely thorough agent that is attentive to his clients' needs/wants. He is very knowledgeable about the areas he services, and fights on behalf of his clients to get the desired outcome. He always conducts himself with the highest level of professionalism, and as a bonus is, he's very handy...always ready and willing to fix small imperfections or wear and tear with his toolkit.<br><br>It was a pleasure working with Tom! Tom is a great salesman, who doesn't try to sell you anything! His purpose is not to just sell you any house, but to get you the house you need.<br><br>He worked with us for years to buy us the right house at the right price, and also sold our old house the same day. He worked us for years and when the time came his efficient team, along with real estate attorney and mortgage broker, were prepared to close the deals to buy and sell our houses on same day, within two hours.<br><br>Tom never pushed us into making a decision. He would always show us a house, tell us the good and not-so-good things about the house and give us time to think. We had a great experience working with him and always refer him to our friends.
