  I loved Modern! The place is beautiful, and the girls made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend Modern, and I'll absolutely be back!

  Elena is truly wonderful! From the moment you walk in, she is warm, welcoming, incredibly sweet, and completely honest about what you may or may not need. That honesty means so much to me.<br><br>She specializes in natural-looking results, which was extremely important to me. I never want to look "overdone," and Elena really understands that. She also has an extremely light hand, which is a huge plus for someone like me who is a total baby when it comes to pain! <br><br>Her knowledge and expertise never cease to amaze me. I learn something new every time I see her, and I always leave feeling better than I did when I walked in... not only about how I look, but about myself.<br><br>Elena is wonderful all around, and so is her staff. I genuinely couldn't recommend her enough!

  I had a therapeutic phlebotomy today with Elena, and I honestly can't say enough good things about the experience.<br><br>I've had therapeutic phlebotomies at several different places over the years, and almost every experience was frustrating. Multiple needle sticks, nurses having to reposition the needle repeatedly, significant bruising that lasted for weeks, soreness afterward, and clinics that simply weren't equipped to handle thicker, more viscous blood.<br><br>This experience was the complete opposite.<br><br>Elena was incredibly skilled, confident, and efficient. The procedure was smooth, painless, and exactly what you hope for when you're trusting someone with your care. You can immediately tell she knows what she's doing.<br><br>Beyond that, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The clinic itself has the feel of a true boutique luxury wellness practice. Clean, organized, and focused on providing an exceptional patient experience.<br><br>If you're getting

  They canceled my appointment without telling me directly! Awful customer service. They didn't apologize even when I called them. Not appreciate you wasting my time and money!
