Kevin and Mohammed were great to work with . Good communication and very transparent about costs and process . They replaced my roof and gutters in 2 days and did a good job with the clean up (even with snowy conditions). Highly recommend this company to work with .

After giving Tri-State Roofing a 5 star review I am now editing it to a 1 star rating. We had issues with the work they had done and after being told that someone would come, no one showed. Calling again to get this resolved met with voice mail messages, text messages, and emails to Joseph with no response. This is a total lack of customer service and I would not recommend them for any job.

Hi had a 9:30am scheduled appointment with them. I stayed home from work to meet the technician. No show, no call.
