I have seen one per month and baby roaches, and lately one in a few days. Management started completely ignoring my calls, voicemails, tickets, etc. I am still waiting contact from them... will update in a couple months when all is resolved with a full disclosure of details with the rent situation.<br><br>Update:<br>Wow I completely forgot about this review and came back after all this time. I lived here in 2023-2024 and had all those issues described by the other 1 star reviews, from touring to the calling to threaten you to take your review down... It is exactly all still the same <br>And it's crazy that even after all this time, they still try to gaslight you and tell you "you are the only person with infestation issues". When I lived here, and was dealing with all the roach situation, I actually went door to door and knock

  Disgusting! This apt is infested with cockroaches and mouse, I closed all the hole that I thought I did but it's keep coming!!!!<br>Terrible apartment! I wish I can move out right now!

  My family and I have been living here for about a month and a half and we absolutely love our apartment and the location. We are within walking distance to many stores and parks. The management has been awesome and responsive and Angel the super has been great. We are so grateful we found our newly renovated apartment as we appreciate the amenities and absolutely love the central air. Quiet and balanced temperatures throughout the entire apartment. I have absolutely no complaints and neighbors are great as well.<br><br>Thank you David, Angel and the full management team !!!!

  There are not just cockroaches I found mouse and it it so shocking, everywhere there are some hole that was not completely closed after renovation. Behind stove, under the sink, broken windows... I am so stressed<br>I can not believe paying this high rent and live such poor quality apartment!<br>At night there are so many cockroaches just outside in the garden within the apartment complex. They should really do some pest control for the whole area, regularly!

  I've had a fantastic experience living in this apartment building. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly.<br>I'd absolutely recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home!
