  I had a horrible experience today. I asked for a coffee, a refresher, a bagel w butter, and hash browns. I was then charged for 2 coffees and didn't get hash browns. The women taking orders was messing up several people's orders. I tried to express what happened to the other worker and didn't retrieve assistance. I will not be going to this dunkin ever again!!!!

  I am a faithful dunkin coffee drinker. I have came to this dunkin multiple times and they make my drink so good and are so polite. However, there is this one guy, the short guy that closes sometimes, who always has such an attitude. Half the time he makes my drinks they aren't even drinkable. And he just doesn't care about his job, you can tell. Everytime i go to this dunkin I hope he's not working.

  i go to this dunkin all the time. i've never had an issue ever. today was different though. i've been ordering this one specific drink for a week straight. it was perfect ever time. i'm telling this guy who works the night shift my order. and i asked for almond milk (im lactose intolerant). i asked for vanilla , and for the drink to be put in my mug. (which they never had a problem doing before). so as he's making it , he put barely any vanilla syrup. (i got a large !!! ) , he put less then a pump. he goes and puts creamer in the cup , enough for an XL cup and added even more after that. he's just seems so miserable. and i just walked out. but my friend went and vouched for me , bc i was upset about it. and he then proceeded to give her an attitude and slams the new drink on the counter. when she brought it back to me, it still tasted disgusting. i'm annoyed. i'd rather someone have an attitude and make my order right then someone who has an attitude and can't make my drink correctly.

  i work in the area so im always at this dunkin. the guy with the glasses and curly hair that worked closing shift today is always super rude when i or any of my co workers go. he doesnt make the drinks right, they always taste nasty. he has an attitude when helping customers. and a couple of times i had to ask him to remake drinks because me and my co workers litterally couldnt drink them because they were disgusting. and everytime he had an attitude, acring like hes the best barista in the world. im not stepping a foot into that dunkin when hes there.

  I called Dunkin customer service today to retrieve an old receipt for accounting purposes. I was unaware it would be put in as a "complaint" for the location's manager to address - so I'd like to come on here and say how absolutely incredible the staff is here. I come here almost every morning and they are always working hard and have great memory of the customers they consistently interact with. The staff I have been interacting with for years are always quick on their feet and very accommodating even during the busiest hours. The manager(s) are always calm yet diligent. Thank you to you all for always making mornings easier to get through!!!

  Girl working on moblie orders on video call and u can hear the whole conversation and the peron on video call cursing so loudly and thats un professional not good
