  Can't buy specific tools that you sell.Because john stone supply says they have to order over five thousand dollars of your stuff just to get what I need. That's ridiculous.And because of that, no one is buying it.In my area

  I've been in the HVAC business for a while, and NAVAC never ceases to amaze. I won the Grand Prize at the AHR Expo 2026, and I was blown away by their customer service. I asked to swap the standard prize for the BreakFree(r) Power series (NEF6L2, NTB7L2, and NTE11L2), and they made it happen without a hitch! These battery-powered tools are a total game-changer for my workflow--fast, precise, and incredibly reliable. Huge thanks to the NAVAC team for supporting contractors and pushing the industry forward with such innovation. 5 stars well-deserved!

  The Navoc tools I own work really well but when you need a replacement part for one of them it is like pulling teeth none of the dealers have them in stock and takes 3-4 weeks for delivery When you contact Navoc directly they have bad attitude and are not helpful

  Buongiorno ho acquistato una cartellatrice per tubi ma al momento della consegna non ero in casa mia suocera inconsciamente ha ritirato il pacco e pagato sorpresa un bel pelapatate
