Very disappointing experience. The service was not what I expected at all. I clearly explained how I wanted my eyebrows done, but my instructions were not followed, and the final result was completely different from what I asked for. Unfortunately, my eyebrows were damaged, and now I have to pay for another service somewhere else to try to fix them.<br><br>What was most frustrating was feeling like my concerns and instructions were not being listened to. If a customer clearly explains what they want, I believe the least you can do is listen and respect their wishes.<br><br>I am very unhappy with the result and I would not return to this place.

Terrible terrible salon. I had thick curly hair and all i asked for was a for a wash and straighten. They blew out my hair on what had to be the highest heat then straightened on the highest heat. I've been to many Dominican salons and this has NEVER happened at one. When washing my hair it smelled so strong of burnt hair and after i started losing clumps of hair. The girl that did my hair obviously doesn't know how to deal with different textures of hair and i will never be coming back. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to lose hair, have breakage AND have heat damage. My curls will never be the same and i believe this place should be put under review.
