  I had the extreme pleasure of working with Mr. Jonathan Murray of the Englewood Cliffs Offices. Simplified, Jonathan is the consummate professional and he was focused on one goal, making sure that I was 100% satisfied in every way; and he did just that. Notwithstanding, the level of service that I received from Jonathan and the Team was both First Class and second to none, which to me is what matters most. With this in mind, if you are looking to buy or sell a home or commercial property, I would highly recommend Jonathan and the Team at Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty. They provide good old-fashioned customer service excellence and professionalism that is nothing short of rare. I also want to thank Ms. Marnie Mai, Administrative Manager of the Team in that she saved me time and a substantial amount of money during the entirety of this process.   We recently worked with Marina, who helped us sell our family condo. Selling your home is an emotional process -- especially in these current economic conditions, which can be confusing. But Marina helped explain every step, prepared us for what was to come, advised us exceptionally well on how to show the apartment and how to price, and allowed us to successfully sell within our desired timeframe. She was both realistic but also an incredible advocate for us, which in retrospect is exactly the combination of skills you want from your agent when embarking on this process. We are so relieved and grateful that we had her on our side and could not recommend her enough.

  My wife and I recently purchased a property. We had the pleasure of having Carol Kreindel and Marilyn Budnick as our agents. The two of them were very attentive and always accessible. Despite this being somewhat of a complicated purchase, they made it go as smoothly as possible. Again Carol Kreindel and Marilyn Budnick, we cannot sing their praises loud enough!   BE AWARE HOME BUYERS!!! This agency would lie about listings if it would take a listing to be closed!<br>MLS# 1943341 is listed as Condo/Townhouse, and it sure looks like a condo sharing a roof and a wall between 2 units. I personally offered a deal and seller and seller's agent refused to provide master insurance policy saying that this condo house doesn't have master policy(felt very fish). I had to personally visit town hall and find out that this house is actually a single family house with joint wall and sharing roof!!! My lawyer had to refuse the seller's rider which was sent for condo. and rewrite a rider for single family house. Seller didnt responded about this matter and I backed out immediately when I knew that my mortgage bank appraisal is going to hurt me with lower appraised value than the listed price. I monitored this listing ever since but seller and the agent still not changing the style of the house as single family house luring buyers and lying that this house is a
