  Conveyor belt service. I wound up having to fight for myself on legal matters as it related to the purchase of my home by providing him with evidence and arguing that point with the seller of the property.

  Nelson was okay to work with. He was always very responsive, but more reactive and didn't really feel he offered any advice/guidance. Also did not review documents w us or even sit down w us during our settlement even though we were in his office.

  I had a great experience working with Nelson to close on my first home! He helped make an overwhelming experience very smooth and painless. Prior to closing on my dream home, I was under contract for a home that fell through due to problems on the seller's side. Nelson provided me with sound professional advice and thanks to him I did not end up in a bad situation. When I finally found my dream home, he helped facilitate a swift closing, even being a condo with lots of documents to navigate. He was quick to communicate with everyone involved and I also appreciated that he was constantly available by text whenever I had a quick question. He is very knowledgeable and I was able to confidently trust him to handle my contract. I would definitely trust Nelson again for future real estate needs. Thanks Nelson!

  Great and responsive attorney. He helped me close on my co-op apartment recently and during the whole process, he was responsive and knowledgeable. Office staff were also quite friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend him.
