  I have been getting massages here since they opened, the other day I decided to get a facial because Hialey the owner said I would look younger haha but it was great and today I took my granddaughter to get a head spa and at 13 she loved it now couple of her friends are going to get one, they have always been professional and great customer service I think they really want you to feel better when you leave, i suggest you try the facial with steam or head spa and pamper thyself once in a while thanks massage one

  Made an appointment for myself and my granddaughter (her 1st massage). Booked a 60 minute full body for both of us. I have had plenty of full body massages, this was not a full body one. The massage therapist said your 60 minute is up. I told her this was not a full body, arms and front of shoulders and thighs were not done. Needless to say, won't ever go back. Stay away from this place

  My husband and I have both been to Massage One & Spa in Edgewater before and have always had positive experiences, so we were completely shocked by what happened during his visit this evening.<br>He went in for a legitimate massage because he was having pain in his shoulders. During the massage, the therapist repeatedly tried to touch him inappropriately. He immediately told her "no," but she attempted it again. At that point, he physically moved her hands away, told her to stop, and asked her to leave the room.<br>He then reported the incident to the front desk, but instead of taking his complaint seriously, the employee simply kept saying, "No, no... not touchy," without addressing what had happened or showing any concern.<br>This experience was disturbing and completely unacceptable. We believed this was a reputable business and had trusted them based on our previous daytime visits. Whether this was an isolated incident or something that occurs during the evening shift, we don't kno
