  I have been seeing Dr. David Felig of GANJ for the last nine months. Prior to seeing Dr. Felig, I had seen a number of GI doctors, but I am most impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and caring demeanor. I never feel rushed during my visits, as he takes the time to answer all of my questions and always returns my calls promptly.<br><br>Recently, while he was on vacation, Dr. Felig personally called me twice to explain my test results and answer my questions. I was very grateful that he took the time to follow up and make sure I understood my situation, even while he was away.<br><br>I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Felig and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a gastroenterologist who truly cares about his patients.

  I absolutely adore Dr. Felig! He is compassionate and understanding. He personally calls me back and answers my questions in great detail. He takes the time to make his patients feel better. He is a rare breed and all doctors should aspire to be like him. You truly are in great hands. Thank you, Dr. Felig for taking such good care of me! I also want to add that Fernanda is exceptional. She is always so kind and helpful. Thank you!

  From the moment I walked in, the experience was outstanding. The receptionist was kind, friendly, and genuinely comforting. When I was called into the doctor's office, he was an absolute gentleman--he explained the entire procedure in clear detail, and still stayed fully engaged with me while documenting everything quickly and efficiently.<br><br>As I was leaving, the medical assistant was just as pleasant and thorough, making sure I understood all the details and the dates for my procedure.<br><br>If I could rate this office from 1 to 10, I'd give it a 100. Every office should model their process after this one.
