Tax by Design is a CPA firm serving the New York Metro area from our Hackensack office, working with business owners, founders, and high-income households across New York City, New York State, and New Jersey. We combine tax planning and tax preparation into one year-round engagement, not two separate services. Our team prepares personal returns and business returns for S-corporations, partnerships, C-corporations, sole proprietors, single-member LLCs, and LLCs with foreign ownership. We coordinate federal, New York State, and New York City filings as one process, since City rules add a layer most states don't require. We have CPAs and Enrolled Agents on staff, serving clients in person and remotely.
