  My daughter had an appointment today and she was examined by the doctor. The doctor told us that we need to come back again in one month. When we went to the front desk to schedule the next appointment, my transaction was not finished yet. However, when new people arrived, the receptionist asked us to move away using disrespectful gestures and hand movements. I found this behavior very disrespectful. I would recommend hiring staff who communicate more politely with patients. If you contact me, I can provide the name and description of the employee.

  Today my daughter had a doctor's appointment. After the examination, the doctor told us to come back in one month. When we went to the front desk to schedule the next appointment, the secretary was disrespectful and did not do her job properly. Her behavior was inappropriate. Staff at the front desk should treat patients with respect and complete their responsibilities professionally.

  I wish I can give her zero Stars she was horrible Dr orellana would not give me a plan that was consistent it kept changing every couple of days we saw her at Hackensack and she's the reason why I left absolutely horrible doctor

  Very disappointed there billing service is the worse. They are balance billing me when I called them on it my insurance called them they are still billing me balance that I am not responsible for . I called the office manage at Dr Orellana office was going to look into it and call me back . No word from her . The physician billing Hackensack uses is there.
