  I recently visited this hanbok rental shop with my mom to look for a hanbok for my upcoming wedding. We initially stopped by to check the pricing and available options, but we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices were compared to other rental shops we visited. They also had a wide variety of beautiful hanbok styles to choose from.<br><br>The consultation included trying on different hanboks, which made the experience much more helpful and enjoyable. The owner was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain different options and helping us find styles that suited us best. We truly appreciated the personalized service and attention to detail.<br><br>After comparing several rental shops, we decided to book with them because we were so satisfied with the pricing, selection, and customer service.   Our first phone calls & meeting with the owner were great, but it turned sour very quickly upon pickup of the hanboks. I don't know all of the details that transpired between my mother-in-law & the owner upon pickup, but all I knew was that our order was NOT ready.<br><br>We had booked an appt on 9/20 to try on dresses for the 3 of us: my then-fiance, his mother, and myself. We were running late, so I'm at least grateful that she was kind enough to wait for us. But the shop was a bit hard to find, and the inside wasn't as nice as I had expected. There were 4 or so racks of hanboks to peruse -- 2 were in front of the other which blocked a lot for us to personally go through, which I had wanted. I really wished a lot of the hanboks were better displayed so that we could take our time to browse them. I didn't like how she tried to pick out which ones she thought would work for me. Some of the hanboks she pulled out weren't quite what I was looking for (I had said white or light pink) and

  I am replying to the above guest. We sent photos before the guests arrived, giving them time to prepare, but they called the day before and said they would leave around 2 tomorrow. They came without any photos and made a fuss about the late flight time because they were picking up someone else, and they got angry that they hadn't put on the patch, so we attached it.
