  I would give Dr Kwon a 5 star review! My complaint is with the nurse who was performing EKG, a tall, older black lady. She made me wait in the exam room for nearly 15 min and I had to go grab her. She got so frustrated because she did not know how to operate the machine and clearly showed her annoyance. Her attitude was terrible from the start. A Korean male nurse came and resolved it.

  I had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 PM on July 21st. I was driving from Orangeburg, NY to Fort Lee during severe storms with flooding, fallen trees, and even a tornado watch. Starting around 4:10, I called the office repeatedly for about 20 minutes just to let someone know I was running late and ask about the grace period or a telehealth option. No one answered the phone once.<br><br>At about 4:33, someone from the office finally called asking where I was, but was immediately defensive when i told her i have been trying to communicate for the last 20 minutes . I was told that if I arrived by 4:45, the doctor could still see me ( the grace period is 15 minutes) . I also asked about switching to telehealth, but was told no. I explained that rescheduling was difficult since the next available appointment wasn't until mid-September. The call was disconnected before we could agree on the next steps.<br><br>I ultimately arrived at 4:42, within the 4:45 window I was given. When I explaine

  I greatly appreciate the care that I and my family have received from this practice for many years---from the phlebotomists to our primary care physicians and to the specialists we have been referred to. If you live in the area, it is also very convenient to get to.

  Their phlebotomist is the best she can always get the vein on my left side which is very hard to find!!!

  The reviews with low ratings here are all true. I was referred to Dr. Jeena Mathew by my gynecologist who is based in Englewood Hospital to treat my PCOS. While Dr. Mathew was lovely, and so were the other medical staff members at this establishment (especially the phlebotomist who drew my blood the last time I visited), the front desk workers and those handling patient check-out were disrespectful.<br><br>I've visited the office multiple times for check ups with Dr. Mathew and every single time, at every single check-in/check-out window, and with every single lady handling my check-in and check-outs, I have had an incredibly negative experience. Perfect customer service for every single patient interaction is an impossible standard and I, as well as most people, can come to understand that. However, if you as a person in the customer service industry who chose to work at a people-facing job are unkind for no reason towards every single patient--most of whom are coming to you with a sm
