Front desk staff is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL - Never have I ever called a doctor's office for them to HANG UP ON ME - then send me to voicemail... go elsewhere this place is not it

varios anos continueando en en la oficina de la Dr.Portilla,ella es maravillosa tomo su tiempo con los paciente y explica cada detalle y responde todas mis preguntas,se toma el tiempo de llamarme por telefono para darme los resultados,el front desk muy carinosas con los pacientes, se siente en familia, Iliane siempre muy amable. gracias Englewood Family Health por sus cuidados .

worst practice ever!!! my mom goes there and we love her doctor and eliana it's very helpful but unfortunately the staff in the front desk is very unprofessional, unorganized, rude , unhelpful, they take forever to answer the phones and when they answer they give you an attitude. Very frustrating
