  I recently purchased a 2027 Genesis G80 from Genesis of Englewood and had an outstanding experience from beginning to end. A major reason for that was working with Account Representative Jon Koyfman.<br><br>Jon did a superb job throughout the entire sales process. He took the time to clearly explain the various aspects of purchasing the G80, as well as the trade-in of my Lexus RC 300. I seldom felt rushed or pressured, and that I understood exactly what I was doing and why.<br><br>What impressed me most, however, was Jon's commitment to making the actual delivery and closing go as smoothly as possible. He made a special effort to try and ensure that everything was in order on the day of the transaction and was readily available to help resolve any questions or issues that came up during closing.   I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience I had working with Englewood Genesis! From the very beginning, they were upfront and transparent about the pricing, which I really appreciated. There were no surprises, and the entire process was easy and enjoyable.<br><br>A special thank you to Ryan, who was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I truly couldn't be happier with my new Genesis and the experience I had at Englewood Genesis.<br><br>10/10 -- I highly recommend Englewood Genesis!
