I do not recommend this place. I called to diagnose a leak. They tore down a 4x4 ceiling to see top level and determined it was the upstairs tub and wanted over 10k to replace a tub!!! After i respectfully declined they wanted to charge me 2500.00 dollars for the diagnose and demo of a 4x4 sheetrock ceiling, garbage still around. After respectfully advising that was just to much i offer to give them 500 dollars for that work and they accepted. BTW - Job cost me less than 1/3 rd of what they were charging and completed in 2 days. I would not recommend using this place.

I had the homeowner's nightmare occur a week ago- leaky roof during a bad storm. I called an emergency roof repair service and it happened to be Top Rank Renovation. It was 7PM and John arrived about an hour later. It was dark, so he tarped the area of leakage. This roof was old, and I was not anticipating good news. John returned with his crew the following morning. My chimney was cracking and pulling away from the house, and there was other evidence of water damage inside the house. Needless to say, they replaced the roof and chimney, removed all the siding down to the sheathing, placed new plywood, Tyvec and leveling board and finally my original siding. The sizable crew was here promptly at 8AM daily, and worked through until 6PM.<br>John made a really bad experience very tolerable with his calm demeanor combined with his expertise.
