  Bennett has already gone above and beyond to meet my needs and helped over come any obstacle that come along the way. He's very determined motivated caring and compassionate about his clients and his career. I recommend him to anyone that's asked me about a buying or selling a home.

  5 stars isn't a high enough rating for the level of exceptional service that Bennett provides!!!! I cannot say enough about Bennett and his work as a realtor. He genuinely cares for each person he works with and never treats anyone like dollar sign/sale; he treats them like family! His compassion, dedication, professionalism, light heartedness, and customer service is UNMATCHED. His knowledge and experince in the field are a huge plus as well. Bennett always thought of everything, right down to the smallest detail, whether it was remembering a specific ammenity I talked about once upon a time, or mapping out the distance of each rental I was touring so I could see ahead of time what my commute to work would look like. I worked with Bennett for about 4 months looking for an apartment (I was very picky) and whether it was the first ever unit we saw or the 30th, he had the same level of care and enthusiasm each time! Bennett always followed through on everything, got clarity on each quest

  Had an absolute amazing time working with Bennet St.Marie. Bennet was always willing to do his best when questions were brought to him. Quick responses to all inquiries there were and was clear with things I was not familiar with when purchasing a home. Helped greatly at the time of closing with final walk through. All-over a fantastic experience working with Bennet.

  Bennett was a delight to work with in what was a very complicated timeline and cross-country move for my husband and I. With his guidance, we were able to confidently purchase a home sight-unseen as he went above and beyond to advocate for our needs and make sure we were as informed as we could be along the way. Kind-natured, empathetic, and thoughtful! We highly recommend him!
