  Frank is condescending and rude, this man is unprofessional. If i could give zero stars I would prefer to do that. While on the hunt for a new apartment, I inquired on Zillow to tour a two-bedroom in Elmwood Park. The man responded to call him, which i did. He wanted to set up the tour for Saturday morning until I mentioned that I was viewing another apartment at 9 am that morning which aggravated him. I was suggesting I could be there at 10 am. He said how many apartments are you viewing .. I replied as many as I need to see (confused as to why he was asking me this and how it is relevant to him). He said why don't you go see them all and then call me. I said - I am calling you now Frank, can we see the apartment on Saturday morning at 10 am? He is so weird because he's like your going to see 50 apartments then call me and say Frank what do you have for me! Again I said, I am calling you now to see the apartment, do you not want to show/rent the apartment to me? At that point I just g

  Spoke to this man Frank and he was extremely rude. This is super unprofessional, I was just asking him simple questions to avoid miscommunication but he talked down to me instead. Really never experienced anything like this before . So disappointed in my experience.

  Scheduled a showing for 1pm on a Sunday. Confirmed by text during the week. Sunday 1pm rolls around, we arrive early and sit outside the apartment and wait. Finally Frank responds with a phone call at 1:05pm saying he's "sorry" but "something came up" and he "would have called earlier" but he "didn't have the phone number". Again, showing was confirmed by text, not to mention Zillow. Thanks for valuing our time Frank!

  My friend attempted to ask Frank for assistance in searching for and renting an apartment, and he essentially told him to go away in a rude and unprofessional manner.

  He was unprofessional and negligent. I set up an appointment for an open house and was ignored and rushed out of the apartment when he remembered I as there. I had to seek him out just to get an answer to my questions and was told a lie. When I confronted him about the lie he backtracked and it just looked very bad on his part. Overall, it was an awful experience and a waste of time. I would not recommend him!
