  Dr.Marti who performed my breast surgery, great doctor. All the personel, nurses, anesthesiologist, their assistants, very compassionate people and very dedicated. I thank them all for taking care of me in dealing with Breast cancer which is a very scary thing for anyone. Thanks for your dedication

  I have been dealing with my health through the englewood health network since 2021. I began coming here initially after having a miscarriage. After this, my menstruation changed greatly. It took over a year to get a diagnosis of PCOS, and it is clear with time and bedside manner, that weight was really the only reasoning for this diagnosis. From endocrinologist, to primary care, to multiple ob/gyn's, to specialist after specialist, I have gotten the run around. I was prescribed Metformin, of course, and my weight did not significantly change. When doctors didn't see change with Metformin, they began greatly pushing weight loss injections, which my insurance does not cover. I am on medicaid - how could I afford injections when I can't afford decent health insurance? I have been almost harassed to pay out of pocket for weight loss injections when weight is not the underlying issue. I have had the same weight for over a decade and I have conceived and lost.   I thought they had the best customer service, and a very attentive to your needs. The doctor and his assistance, very courteous as well as the staff at the desk.

  Englewood health billing service is TERRIBLE, they always bill me with the same wrong unadjusted bill, even I have a proof of my insurance sending fax to them, they also don't pick up their phone, they never reply on the messages. I have corrected and adjusted bill from my Anthem insurance and they keep sending me bills with "past due, overdue" warnings. Please get down to work and be up to date with basics during business hours: answering your phone calls and checking fax. I'm sorry I'm just tired of wasting my time, trying to send readjusted bill and wait for a new one, please change your billing operations!<br><br>Update:<br>After months of frustration with no updates, I gave it another shot in March. Fortunately, I was assisted by Lily, who went above and beyond to help me out. She was incredibly kind and helpful, working alongside my insurance rep to resolve the adjusted bill. Huge thanks to Lily for her outstanding assistance!!!

  Some of the worst medical care I've ever received. I've been on a medication for five years twice a day. Dr. Achuthan took over this prescription and wrote it for once a day without informing me she was changing my prescription. I noticed after I had missed two doses. I think this was wildly irresponsible. When I called to say there must have been a mistake I was told there wasn't and I should try to take this medication once a day. I explained that for five years I've been taking it twice a day and when I take it once a day I have symptoms again. Ended up in an emergency situation where I didn't have the meds I needed and with no way to get them. It's a heart medication too, no controlled substance or anything crazy. Going back to my original doctor even though they are out of state and inconvenient for me because I know I will receive the medical care I need.
