    The service on-site was great; however, upon arrival, I was stopped in my car while my friend was getting out, and a security guard approached us, speaking in a very rude and arrogant manner--almost as if trying to intimidate us--when it would have been much easier to simply ask for a favor rather than acting like a police officer.
