Not professional at all! I called his attorney inquiring about a special needs trust and things were going well until he sent over the proposal. In an email I asked him if I could look it over since it was roughly 10 pages long. His response was, " 10-4" Now I know what that means but what attorney says that? I responded back asking if he can just say yes or I understand. His immediate responses was, " dont tell me what to say or do. I no longer want to represent you" What legitimate attorney speaks to a potential client like that? That was a complete red flag for me and it should be for anyone else. Also he mentioned that he doesn't have an office abd could meet me anywhere. Again, red flag!
