  I'm so glad to be back with RVNA. They're well put together organization and I don't have to think of anything they just send the right person out at the right time. I'm happy to hear my nurse from last time has made supervisory role. Jackie was great. I'm in desperate need of help in these people are right there to help me. I've had to use RVNA several times and I'm always happy with their service. They treat me with kindness and gotten to know a bunch of them the friendly people and they work together as a team. Thank you RVNA

  Our family will always be grateful to RVNA Hospice for the exceptional care, compassion, and support they provided during my mother's final days.<br>From the moment hospice services began, the entire team treated my mother with dignity, kindness, and respect. They not only cared for her physical needs but also provided comfort and guidance to our family during one of the most difficult times of our lives.<br>A special thank you to Gena, who was absolutely wonderful. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine concern for my mother's comfort brought us tremendous peace of mind.<br>I would also like to recognize Garrit, who was hands down one of the most compassionate people we have ever met. His kindness, patience, and ability to make both my mother and our family feel cared for and supported will never be forgotten.   Very surprised how poor the nursing care was. I had a surgical wound and had to ask the nurse to change her gloves after removing the old wound dressing before placing a new dressing on the wound. Basic nursing knowledge.<br>Another time I was told I wound get a nursing visit and no-one called or showed up. When I told the nurse she said sometimes they move visits. I asked why doesn't the office call so the patient is not waiting and her response was they assume you are homebound and are supposed to be home. Is this how you care for patients? What a rude response! Very disappointing RVNA.

  I am presently getting physical therapy at RVNA, Governor Street, Ridgefield, CT They are a five-star facility with professional, expert, dedicated physical therapists. I would highly recommend them.
