  Purchased a home from these builders and it was the worst mistake of my life. Uneven floors, significant water damage coming from heavy rain, patio doors that were ordered the wrong size so I need to cut drywall and find a contractor to redo everything. Now I am seeing structural issues - the entire home is slanted. Builder doesn't take accountability and ignores all calls and texts.

  I bought a newly gut renovated house that this builder worked on and it's a disaster. You can tell it's a cheap flip and they have no pride whatsoever in their workmanship. None of the doors align or close properly, the floors are so uneven all throughout the house, the fridge just stopped working and it took over 5 months to get it repaired (on our own), there's so much draft coming in from the patio doors because they were installed incorrectly and it needs to be redone, water damage in the basement, sump pump not working properly, no soundproofing (can hear shower and toilet flush), cheap pipes, cheap floors, etc. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE that this builder worked on!!! WARNING! they don't care at all about the quality of their work.
