  My husband and I recently moved to Bergen County and were looking to buy a home. The market was a challenge and inventory was limited. The first house we saw we loved but by the time we made an offer the home already went under contract. As luck would have it, the home came back on the market and Joe was able to negotiate with the seller and get our offer accepted. . After going under contract, Joe made great recommendations for a home inspector, contractor, attorney and insurance agent. Joe was kind and flexible enough to get us into the home any time we requested it. Joe is knowledgeable, kind and professional, he made the process as easy as it can be. I never felt pushed or manipulated. Joe worked well with our mortgage company and even got us to an early close. I highly recommend Joe. If you're a food person like me, he will also be able to map out all the best spots in Bergen County to eat.

  I was faced with the emotional task of selling our family home of over 70 years. This was also my first time ever having to sell a home and I am very glad I chose Joe to help me along with way.
