  The customer service department at Dr. Bawa's office is Horrible. I called 15 times, once after the other and no one would pick up, they would just disconnect the call and when one of the staff did pick up, she put me on hold and then sent me to an answering machine. I am recently diagnosed Diabetes patient and am in desperate need of my insulin refill. My pharmacists has informed me that they have sent the request to refill to Dr. Bawa's office, but there has been no reply, and asked that I call to try to get the refill approved. I am almost out of my insulin that I need to survive, and it appears as if the representatives in Dr. Bawa's office are too busy chatting to do their job, putting mine and who knows how many other patients lives at risk do to not getting the refills done on time.<br><br>Dr. Bawa needs to seriously reconsider his staff as they are useless. I only wish I could give zero stars.
