  From the very beginning, working with the Masserano team was one of the best decisions I made when opening my dental practice.<br>Before I had even officially retained them, they invested an incredible amount of time helping me evaluate potential office spaces and created multiple office designs so I could truly understand the possibilities of each location.<br>Throughout the project, they connected me with outstanding vendors who delivered high-quality work while staying within my budget.   I'm forever grateful to John Masserano and his team. I first hired Masserano in 2018 to do a startup in NJ. That was one of the best decisions I have made in my career. The office we built was profitable 2 months after opening. Three years later we were ready to expand to add more rooms, so I hired Masserano again to help with the expansion. His team knows what they're doing. From getting the proper insurance policies, to reviewing bids and coordinating with the GC to make sure every detail is executed properly, their expertise is invaluable. I can't imagine not having them on my side. My favorite part about working with them is they listen. I was clear about what I wanted and I pushed the boundaries. Instead of turning my ideas down, his team found ways to make it work and now I have a beautiful and functional office that is profitable and one that my team loves walking into.   John and his team helped me open my pediatric dental startup on Long Island. From our very first consultation through every single phase of construction, they were there--and they still are! John, Chris, Mike, and Megan are knowledgeable in ways that allowed me to not have to think twice about certain decisions, while still listening to all of my wishes and making sure they came true.   Some people may wonder whether they really need a consultant when building a startup dental practice, especially if they know others who have done it on their own. After working with Masserano Group, my perspective is that while it can certainly be done without a consultant, the real question is how much time, stress, and money you're willing to spend getting there.<br><br>From the beginning, Masserano Group helped us identify the right location by evaluating demographics, parking, visibility, and overall fit. They recognized an opportunity in a contractor-owned building that we likely would have overlooked on our own, which ultimately resulted in a favorable build-out arrangement and rent abatement during construction.<br><br>They also played a major role in lease negotiations, helping to streamline the process and reduce the amount of attorney involvement needed.   Highly recommend!! We used this team to build our dental practice 14 years ago and then again last year to expand our office. Highly responsive, highly knowledgeable, and extremely professional! They can help every step of the way including finding real estate, negotiating leases, connecting you to reliable contractors/vendors, and checking in even weeks after the project is completed. I would place my trust in them whole heartedly because I know they have my best interest in mind. They were referred to me 14 years ago by an oral surgery group who also used them for initial build out and expansion.   If you are thinking of building a practice . RUN , do not walk towards Masserano . Do not sign the lease without talking to them . Do not start construction without talking to them . They are wonderful ! John , the owner with Chris who spearheads and facilitates the construction process to Megan , who manages all the bookkeeping and numbers . They are a class A shop top to bottom . They add value FAR beyond the fee that is paid to them . They saved me so much money , time and peace of mind . I wholeheartedly endorse this company. Happy to talk to anyone considering them. My 7 chair practice on the upper west side was a new build . It is exactly what I wanted because they created it !
