No one to work with. Do not waste your time making an offer with this company. The seller is the homeowner.

Kim, we offer everything from a bare bones listing to virtual full service. That said our business model is geared toward homeowners that want to do some of the selling themselves so your review is accurate. What's wrong is that one is wasting their time. Some owners want to be the homeseller and just come to us to rent tools of the trade.

We've used Continental Real Estate's flat-fee MLS listing service to sell two residential properties during the past year, and both were excellent experiences. If you pay attention to what you're doing and familiarize yourself with your state's real estate processes, you'll get tremendous exposure for an amazingly low broker commission rate paid to Continental for getting your home into your local MLS. Basically, you can save a boatload of money just by doing a little bit of programming work and being willing to handle inquiries, showings & open houses yourself. The website is clear and easy to use, and the site's Q&A answers just about any question you might have. The online messaging support is responsive and helpful as well. A combination of this service plus a professional photographer to make our home look its best enabled us to save upwards of $25,000 on local realtor commission. Highly recommend for home sellers who don't need a lot of hand-holding and are tired of paying five-f

I simply followed up with a copy and past from a competitors link of there prices Homecoin.

Thought perhaps They'd sell me on why they are a better value or match the fee . Nope he said take your business to them I dont have time to explain and hung up !

I am no exaggeration. The guy I spoke with was a arrogant imbecile and should not be in a business working with the public. and look

You were not our client. Google should not even allow reviews by parties you've never done business with. Real Estate commissions are negotiable. We were not going reach mutually satisfactory business arangement and so we told you we were not interested. You did not like our business decision and jumped on google. If a doctor, a lawyer or an accountant did not want to do business with you, they would not even answer your call. You'd leave the message with their receptionist and never hear back.

Getting someone on the phone here is the single worst experience I've had in months. Simply want to make an offer on a listing and you can't get their agents on the phone.

    Owner response · Sep 6, 2025

The seller of this home directed us specifically not to speak to anybody and specifically to transfer all calls to him. This person got indignant and would not listen to the prompts and transfer to the owner. We were just following our client's wishes.

I've been a licensed realtor since 2008 but not in NH. I'm guardian for a disabled person and need to sell their condo. I already have the courts permission. I've been trying to list for sale by owner for a week now and Continental fell quite short of my expectations. I sent a question regarding how they want me to sign but got an answer that was irrelevant to my situation. I've tried to call 3x and can't get anyone on the phone as their system "doesn't recognize" the option selected (that they set for sellers). I went to my seller dashboard that they set up and hit "email us" well the only thing you can put there is your name then it sends without allowing you to write an actual message. After a weeks frustration, I sent a message (through a different email link) and told them to just cancel because they have me as the seller when actually the owner is the seller. Amazingly the owner called me about 15 min later. I explained that I wanted to cancel because if I'm struggling to communi

She states she got an answer that was irrelevant. Here is HER QUESTION on 7/17/24-Am I the seller because of the guardianship & court order or do I put everything in my brothers name and sign my name on his behalf? OUR ANSWER Yes if you have POA, his name and you as POA. What could be clearer? As she is an agent, she got arrogant with us on the phone and wasn't really asking questions but instead telling us what to do. She was rude and nasty.
We are a little surprised by this simply because we sold his home and had very pleasant correspondence with him.
