  Absolutely zero communication and unprofessional leasing office. I scheduled a guided tour for 10 AM today. Even though they never send out any confirmation or reminder emails like other normal apartments do, I made sure to show up on time and even paid for street parking.<br>When I arrived at 10 AM, the leasing office door was locked, and the building was completely empty. I called the office and got a voicemail saying they were 'closed.' I left a message and an email standing right outside, but nobody bothered to reach out or follow up.<br>The leasing office is the face of the building. If they can't even manage a simple tour appointment, I can't imagine dealing with them as a resident. No matter how nice the property might be, management like this makes it a hard pass. Don't waste your time here--there are plenty of other apartments nearby with leasing teams that actually care.

  Ive lived here for almost a month now and its amazing. Luis is amazing, always fixes anything we need right away. Honestly this building was the best decision we made!

  1 star. Management is very nice before you sign the lease, but after that everything changes. Robert makes promises but rarely follows through, and the service is very unprofessional.<br><br>The building has constant issues: unsafe parking, missing packages, bad hallway smells, noise, weed smell, broken doors, AC problems, and barely any security cameras. I also waited months just to get my building keys.<br><br>On top of that, after having a parking spot for months, Robert suddenly removed my parking and left my car outside because he "forgot" someone else was ahead of me.<br><br>The gym is also extremely small. Overall, this place only cares about collecting rent, not the tenants. I would not recommend living here.

  I've been living here for about a month so far. Everything is great so far. The building is cute the apartment itself is the perfect size. Robert was very helpful when deciding which unit I wanted. He made the move in process easy. He and Luis respond very quickly with any questions you have.

  Would not recommend.<br><br>Ongoing habitability issues (marijuana smoke entering the apartment for months) were never properly resolved despite repeated complaints. Management relied on generic emails instead of taking meaningful action.<br><br>The situation escalated to the point where it affected my health and job.<br><br>On top of that, I was incorrectly charged for a unit I no longer lived in -- without authorization.<br><br>Very poor management, lack of accountability, and extremely frustrating experience overall.

  Robert is an outstanding property manager. As well as the Super Luis. Both caring, diligent and helpful. I moved from TX to this beautiful apartment. Robert walked me through our process and even went out of his way to FaceTime me so I can have a better feel of the apartment. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition than this. Thank you to all!
