Facts carried this case. Results were fine but he's sloppy. Simple case? Might work. Anything with a fight involved? I would probably find someone else.

Horrible attorney and person. He is currently trying to steal my money. He was fired for inadequately representing me. Messaging the prosecutor defaming me because he couldn't force me to take a plea deal for something I didn't do. Rushing through a hearing because he needed to get to his next client and didn't tell the judge what we discussed just so he can rush to his next client. Calling me a conspiracy theorist for having evidence to why these false charges are happening to me. No citizen should be given false charges and then have to pay an unethical lawyer thousands just to get screwed over even more. This lawyer is only in it for the money and making the case end as fast as possible regardless if you're innocent or not. I got the video evidence back and it shows I'm 100% innocent like I said. And mark carter tried forcing me to take a plea deal for damages and a felony which I never committed and the video evidence further proves my points. I will take this down if you refund me

Mr. Carter is an excellent attorney. He has represented me on multiple occasions for in person court appearances and has always be thorough and easy to work with. He explains the legal process very thoroughly and easily for someone who's not used it to understand. He's a very caring and empathetic attorney who I've always felt is willing to go above and beyond to help me with my situation. I would be more than happy to recommend Mr. Carter for any civil legal needs and will certainly be using him moving forward.
