  This review is a long-overdue warning about my experience at this salon. In November 2022, I went in for a haircut and showed the stylist, who I believe was named Mery or Jomary (working in the second chair), reference photos for an even, shoulder-length bob with absolutely no layers. I explained this clearly in Spanish.<br><br>Instead, she was completely distracted gossiping with colleagues and entirely ruined the left side of my hair. She did not just miss the mark--she took an uneven, jagged chunk out of the left side starting all the way up at my ear, completely hacking away at the hair, just look at the photos attached. When she realized what she did, she deliberately hid the disaster by putting my hair in rollers, blowing it out straight, and parting it heavily to the left side so I wouldn't notice until I got home.<br><br>The left side was so badly damaged that the only way to make it even would have been to get a pixie cut, which does not work with my face shape or curly hair t

  Review for Santa's Hair Salon<br><br>If I could give Santa's Hair Salon a big fat ZERO I would.. but you've got to give at least 1 star.. but it should be -1!! The atmosphere was incredibly tense, and it's clear that the owner, Victor, along with his sidekick Kenya, need serious help with customer support--because it's virtually nonexistent here.<br>I waited an absurd hour just for a wash, followed by a 45-minute roller set. Then, I found myself under the dryer for a whopping 2 hours because there were no stylists available to remove my rollers. After that, I had to endure another hour for a blowout. Why is it like this? It's absolutely ridiculous!<br>When I pointed out that I had arrived before the four people ahead of me, Victor started yelling at me. I simply picked up my belongings and walked out. It's clear they don't need or value business. ALL OF THE REVIEWS THAT STATE POOR SERVICE IS TRUE!

  Never coming back here. I requested a simple wash and blow out. I have straight hair so I wanted them to use the blower and not go under the drier since my hair doesn't need it. They deny my request and I left. I understand their people under the drier before me but we have different texture hair and my hair doesn't require that service. Never coming back! Please be aware if you have straight hair like mine.
