Our experience with Joe was amazing from start to finish, he is a true professional that not only helped us select a great home, but also helped us secure a great deal on the purchase (and communicated with the Sellers along the way). Given our home was a full renovation, there was some complexity with the purchase and the construction timeline, but Joe was there every step of the way. He and his wife are extremely knowledgeable of the CT area, and have provided us valuable recommendations from contractors to restaurants in town.
